                Suppose Pacquiao isn't on steroids. Which is a reasonable possibility considering there is no proof to the contrary. That would then mean that Pacquiao is just plain sick and possibly one of the best weight class jumpers of all time. In fact, it will mean he's so good that it appears to some that he has to be cheating to accompish such phenomenal achievements.
