Anyone want to bet with me? I got Mitchell.

This a strange match, first fight at lightweight? pick the biggest guy in the entire division. WTF?
Ricky Burns is getting a shot at Martinez .He's the number 1 contender now Mitchell's moved up.

I'm really impressed you know of these British level guys. And, I guess that what even Mitchell is as he hasn't really faced a step-up in class so far in his career.

Ricky Burns doesn't have the pop to do anything but get flattened by Martinez. Burns has showed improving power but at a fairly modest level, it will be a bit like a Hatton/Malignaggi type of fight, only with Ricky not having such a speed advantage or perhaps not having any speed advantage.

I like some of this british fighters. What they are doing wrong with them is they feed them too many domestic guys and then even though they have the skills when is time to step up, they are too used to fight this low level guys and they cant figure out how to win.

Mitchell have the looks of a good fighter, but they kept feeding him bums.

I like those 3 olipians they have. They should bring quality journeymans for them. ecause they have lots of skills all 3. they just need `proper build up!!!

                About Martinez/Burns **** wont go 8!!!

I think Frankie Gavin is definete world champion, and I see the other two having good careers as well, maybe getting a world strap of their own.

There is a lot of talent coming through in Britain but it's coming through at a bit of a bad time with a lot of boxing being pulled of our screens. The performances of guys like Amir Khan but specifically David Haye have far reaching consequences in my opinion. If they can campaign at the top-level and generate British interest there will be a very positive effect on all the guys coming through's careers. British people like boxing but the broadcasters don't finding it expensive and risky.
