You right neither one fight him. And, there is really no excuses for them not to fight them. I don't care what they or there fans say. But, Williams should have 1 fight at WW even if it is against a scrub just to prove he can make 147. Even though it won't but I honestly believe Pac would fight Williams before Floyd does.

IDK about that. I hate it how everyone in boxing thinks they can see the future. Just because someone says "not now" doesnt mean they never will. The fact is that there are bigger fights out there for these guys. You cant deny that. I still say people are crazy if they think Mosley wouldnt fight Williams. He just wont fight Williams now. Why fight him for peanuts when you can fight Pac or Floyd who are probably easier for 5x the amount and they are ranked #1 P4P. It would be dumb for Shane to fight Paul before those fights are off the table and thats the same for everyone else

Yea but Williams offered Clottey his highest payday and Clottey turned it down. So yeah....

I think it works both ways. Yes P williams is much bigger than most welters and has an 82 inch reach which is more than some heavyweights, but also the issue of being weight drained comes in. Many pac supporters say he was drained at 112 and lost the fight with 3kbattery in the scale, as he needed to go up. I think we remember the Hearns era. It was absurd seeing Pipino Cuevas getting KOd in 2 rounds by Hearns who had a major height and reach advantage. Currently, we are seeing the same issue super bantom where Celestino Caballero is nearly 6 feet fighting guys who are mostly 5-5 to 5-7.

Why would it be dumb? It is only dumb to fight him if there is fear to loosing to him. But, if you confident that you can beat him than do it and you get 7 figures out the deal. 7 figures is not peanuts.

No, when The Haymon speaks, Paul listens.

There's a reason he'd pretty much stopped calling out Mayweather, but kept calling out Mosley and Pacquiao.

It seems like the umpteenth time he calls someone out, more fighters should do this to keep the momentum going.

That dont make sense. Lets say that Pac or Floyd was truly thinking about fighting Paul right now and both have said that it may be there next match. At the same time Dawson is saying that he wants Paul. What do you think he's going to do? You think he's going to take the harder fight in Dawson for peanuts when he could fight an easier guy for 5x as much money, a million times more exposure, and beat a guy who is rated #1 in the world? He wouldnt risk doing that. Again, its not because he's scared of Dawson or wouldnt fight him but you dont take that risk when you have a very big fight probably coming up with way more at stake. Again, I think Mosley would fight him if all that was out of the way but why fight him 1st? Yeah your right that you are thinking about losing. Why wouldnt you? You would be a fool to lose that fight and not make the big money. No one would do that. Stop thinking as a fan

I think Mosley would be willing to fight Paul. Floyd? I just don't see it. If he won't even acknowledge that Paul exists right now, what is going to change in a year or two? Maybe if Paul beat Mosley and Pavlik...Floyd might be more open to the idea. Until then I seriously doubt it.

How about Williams calling out Dawson or Braithwaite? Has that happened yet?
