Apologies, I had heard nothing about his until now. Nothing was even said at the weigh-in. It sounds like a "gentlemens agreement" of sorts.

As far as I know there was no financial penalty for coming in above that weight.

Jones won't be bigger, Green is 2 inches taller and with a longer reach, therefore he could carry a greater rehydration weight.

Its because they dont want them to compete with any other events they want maximum market potential for people that wouldnt normally go or buy on a weekend that will in deadzone midweek , Wednesdays are a sort nothing day with little traffic in the city compared to Sat night , they find Wed gives the best numbers at the gate and on PPV .

I don't really get the point of a catchweight, it wasn't like Green was going to come in at 190 or something.
