Generally speaking, when fighters jump weight classes, they jump to the weight class they are challanging or being challanged at. Only due to the fact that pac is a star and there is money to be made is why anyone would even give weight leverage, other than that, talking about how dangerous it is to jump up in weight has one solution, dont ****in move up.

Weight draining, catch weights, all of that is just used to make the fights happen, do i like it? not really but its always been around. but regardless, to me, you take a challange against a 147 lb fighter, fight him at that weight if they have a belt there (cotto)

It seems to me as though IF Pac fights Foreman at 154, it is ultimate cherry picking to obtain an 8th belt. It is incongrous to everything Pac and Pac fans say he stands for...fighting the best and taking all challengers...

Pac fans cannot be happy about this.

*This thread is completly hypothetical, as we do not officially know if this fight will happen or what weight it will happen at.

DLH cherrypicked Pac and wanted it at 147.
Cotto was perfectly fine at 145 after weighing 146 for Clottey in June.
Pac is not going to fight Yuri.
      Don't take that **** seriously.
If he beat anyone slightly credible at JMW, it's a good win.
Pac isn't really even a WW FFS.
Pac will fight Shane or PBF next.

I hope you are right, but this just seems like a load of crap coming from Pac's camp.

If Pac is willing to move up to 154, why didnt he fight Cotto at welterweight? At least the belt would be legitimate...

If pacquiao fight Foreman @ 154. it would be ****ed up that Cotto had to go down to 145. I know 145 is not a lot but he had the pressure that he had to make that weight.

I know Pac did one catchweight fight but doing another? C'mon man!
is pac proven at 154?......is fighting champion at a higher weight one has'nt fought in is cherrypicking now?......

                      Oscar demanded it at 147.
