foreman is also the weakest champ at 154lbs , has no power and doesnt hold a candle to manny in any area . Pacquiao destroys him . Seeing as manny just beat one of the best welterweghts in world pacs early career weight cant be used as an excuse any more.

Williams/Martinez will determine the best fighter in that range (even if it is at 160 both are optimum at 154 from what I have seen).

because hes easily once again, the WEAKEST beltholder in the division, EASILY. hes not a big puncher at all and there are a ton of guys much better within the division. Hes very young and not seasoned at all.
