Oscar cherry picked Manny from 130 pounds,Manny fought at 130 and 135 few months before the fight.
He cherry picked,agreed for 147 and get *****slapped into retirement and humiliation.
Oscar only had to lose 3 pounds,he fought Forbes at 150,it's 3 tough pounds I admit it,but don't forget Manny on his part has to move up again,from 135.

The only one who benefits is that blood sucker Arum, who promotes Pacquaio as well as Foreman. I believe B-Hop. Arum doesn't want a Pacquaio vs Mayweather matchup.
