This guy wants to fight a washed up Ricky Hatton? How about fighting the guy who put you on your ass? Or how about another top prospect...this guy is garbage. I can't wait to see him on his ass again.

Hatton to me has shown no real interest in returning to the ring after the 2 beatings by Mayweather and Manny. After the Mayweather fight he was depressed for months now he has ballooned in weight to around 200 LBs. He is getting on made his money has businesses ,how is he going to lose 60 Lbs and still be in strong physical shape at this point of his career. if Hatton takes the fight it is just for a massive payday. Khan seems intent of avoiding a rematch with Prescott and other strong young fighters and taking on shot legends but as he says business is business which is about low risk high reward.

A rematch wih Prescott is worthless at this stage in Khan's career. Prescott is coming off a poor defeat and isn't a very big name, plus he may very well lose to Kevin Mitchell on Saturday. Khan vs Maidana is a fight I would want to see, but Maidana is probably going to be fighting Alexander next. That leaves either Hatton or Marquez. Both are a step up in class for Khan and will give him a chance to prove himself against boxings best. While I don't want to see Hatton come back, he is still a challenge for anybody except the elite.

People should get off Khan's back. Most people think he is a bum anyway, so his choice of opposistion is a huge step up for him.

Ricky Hatton has and always will be an overrated boxer. His record is very shady. He is a boxer who's all hype but no substance, why can't people realize that?

Khan should fight somebody that's more of a challenge such as Devon Alexander. Khan can always use a tune-up though and Hatton does present somewhat of a challenge.

Khan does not need a tune up. He should stop playing it safe and fight some competition.
