He's american. plain & simple. He should get more ppvs than pacquiao with marquez & oscar.

You know dam well mainstream american sports fans dont pay attention to lower weight classes. Pacquiao, marquez, morale, & barerra all were featherweights & junior lightweights. They will never get mainstream attention.

All their ppv numbers are built solely on their minority immigrant numbers who happned to like them & boxing enough to watch them.

As pacquiao got more & more attention from the mainstream some of that is gonna rub off on marquez as evidenced by them setting a ppv record in the lower weight class.

Pac averaged 350k with morales, set a record in the lower weight class vs marquez. THAT WAS BEFORE THE OSCAR FIGHT. Does Fraud jr. vs marquez do 1 mill if marquez didnt fight pac that set the ppv record in the lower weight class? The pac vs marquez fights which were exciting & relevant helped marquez notoriety.

How much clearer can I be???? Any person with a normal IQ would realize that Pac's and Mayweather PPV numbers vs Mexicans CANNOT be compared because PAC fights with MEXICANS were before DELAHOYA and MAYWEATHERs fight with JMM was POST DELAHOYA....

I think this fight is big because of both of them, no one is bringing more than the other in terms of fan-base and popularity.

Maybe Mayweather has a little bit more casual fans because of his stints in WWE and Dancing With The Stars but Pacquiao is also famous everywhere he goes.

For me it is PACquiao I would not be ordering the fight if Mayweather were not fighting anyone not named Pacquiao, Mosley or Williams......I would just watch it on the repaly like I did the Marquez fight.....Lefty
