Here's a nice article about Pac's weight problem leading up to the Marquez fight.

if this is the case, i dont see a reason for anymore catchweight or weight stipulation nonsense ever again. if he was draining himself, then hes now at a comfortable weight. no need to remove something from anyone ever again.

I agree. The first fight was also very close and a tough fight for Pacquiao. He definitely wasn't drained for that one.And if he was killing himself to make 135 then why was there a need for a catch weight with Cotto?

Excuses in case Pacquiao loses to Barrera? You dumb ****.. Pacquiao already KO and dismantle a prime Barrera in 2003 wTF are you talking about?

Look at Pac's cheek bone and see the difference. I can quote 20 articles on that if you want.

Some people just can't make weight. Marquez is build to be a 126/130 fighter. I'm 100% sure Marquez could still make 130..
