im a big hopkins fan..but if joe is overated then so is hopkins..their careers are mear images

i think the calzaghe bashing is unwarranted....

you're damned if you do, damned if you dont...

two examples: Calzaghe stayed in one weight division nearly his entire career and got criticized for not moving to fight the better fighters etc, or because there wasnt enough opposition in his weight class

RJJ got criticized for moving weight classes too much, avoiding others they say...

so **** IT... critics are critics... you can't win with them

He beat no one that was recognized during his title reign except for Lacy and Kessler. They both weren't anything special but overrated.

His two best wins are against past-their prime greats. His victory over Hopkins is tainted because a lot felt Hopkins won. His victory over Roy Jones wasn't against the real Roy Jones.

I just call it like I see it.

When you go through his resume fight by fight and take note of the opponents last few fights Joe resume is padded big time , his biggest names were all past due date except for Kessler , Joe was a protected species his entire career .
