Lol, Hopkins would be 46 right?

This is a pointless fight, theres nothing in it for Haye.

Obvioulsly Haye would KTFO hopkins and smash him into retirement, but what does he get out of it, other than the sheer fun of it?

Calzaghe didn't get no credit for beating hopkins 2 years ago, and he came up in weight to fight hopkins, so Haye will defo get no credit for this fight.

Hopkins needs to retire, he isn't a prize anymore, he has nothing to offer. theres nothing to get out of beating him, so there is no point fighting him.

Any man over 200lbs that catches another man square on the chin, can knock him out. Bhop at 200lbs can rock Haye, just like Haye can rock BHOP if he catches him right. The question is, when have you ever seen Bhop getting caught cleanly? Do you really feel like Haye is such a superior technician that he can catch Bhop? I don't know that he is........so IF he get past Roy Jones it's a winnable fight for Hopkins in my opinion. Who has Haye beaten at heavy weight? Monte Barrett and Valuev? And this is our measuring stick? There are just as many questions about Haye, not just at heavy weight, but at any weight. LOL! He may very well turn out to be the truth, or he might lose to John Ruiz and Bhop fights John Ruiz for the same title.

Hopkins can't throw effective shots at over 200lbs, he won't be able to hurt haye, he will get murdered in the clinches because Haye is much bigger than him, Haye is faster and more powerful, actually has more stamina and is just younger and hungrier. I said it before, hopkins will knacker after a ccouple of rounds, lay on the ropes, and Haye will just land dem hayemakers.

                    goodnight grandpa.

Haye would probably hurt him with punches that don't land flush though. Hopkins is not used to being hit as hard as that. Not only that, but Haye has fast hands for a man over 200lbs. Hopkins is a boxing genius, but he is not going 12 rounds with Haye after years and years of fighting at a lower weight. I am by no means a Haye fan, but Bernard would not win this fight.

His ego will not let him even try anyway, as he couldn't stomach the possibility of being stopped.
