I don't think that Floyd will trade but it'll f*&^ Roach up when his fighter can't adjust to an elite fighter who's at: the proper weight and 100%.

Did you even see the fight? The compubox numbers were one of the most one sided i'v ever seen. I think Marquez landed 2 or 3 clean shots on him the entire fight. If Floyd can toy with Marquez that easily when he's the same fighter who brought Manny to the brink of death on 2 seperate occasions, just imagine what Floyd will do to him. There's gonna be a lot of riots in the Phillippines on May 1st.

You make it sound so easy. But dont you take into consideration Pac softened JMM up for PBF big time by knocking him down 3 times, and PBF only managed to do it once. What is the point in looking at things through rose tinted glasses?

I might as well say Pac beat DLH so easy when DLH nearly beat PBF, as did Hatton until the ref intervened helping PBF.
Or i might as well say Pac beat Cotto so easily, and Cotto would have beat PBF and that is why PBF didnt fight him.

I'm sorry but anyone who genuinely thinks this will be an easy fight for Pacquiao is in for a shock on fight night.

PBF is unlike any guy Pac has fought. The only advantage Pac has in this fight is power, and it's not gonna count for much if he can't find the target regularly.

I wouldn't be suprised if PBF does hits the canvas at some point, but IMO it will be early on and PBF will put on a similar performance to JMM in their first fight and win every round there after.

Pac destroyed Cotto after the first round, but that's because Cotto was drawn into a fight in the centre of the ring and paid dearly for it. He didn't have the speed or defensive abilities to pull it off. When Cotto fought to survive and danced round the ring, dodging shots, Pac couldn't catch him and instead just followed him in a straight line a bit clueless.

PBF will fight in a similar way for twelve rounds, being elusive, looking for openings and accurately exploiting them like no other fighter Pac has faced before. There is no way Pac KO's Mayweather before the 6th if at all, but he will make it difficult early on until he adjusts.

No Mr President, I don't think so. First of all, the Pacman is faster and more powerful than the slower, sluggish Marquez. People are in agreement saying that Marquez' performance was "sluggish" due to his weight gain. I really don't know the logic behind all of that but I'll just take their word for it. Secondly, many of us feel that Mayweather's style is "Tailor-made" for the Pacman in that Floyd is mainly a "counter-puncher" and "runner" which Pacman can defend against and in the mean time, chasing down the "running" Floyd won't be a problem either for the Pacman. It will be just a matter of time until Pretty Boy "Breaks-down" from all the brutal punishment he will be receiving from the Pacman. If you want to compare this to fight to any other, it should be the Pacman's last fight against Cotto in which he dominated Miguel by his brutal might and incredible fistic arsenal. Yes, Pacman will be victorious by either overwhelming KO or TKO. JAT

Mayweather is anything but tailor made for Pac. Diaz, DLH, Hatton and Cotto were tailor made for Pac. Mayweather doesn't fight anything like them. He is more comparable to JMM and we all know how Pac did against him.

Comparing this fight to Pac/Cotto is not a good idea, as PBF and Cotto fight nothing alike, and Pac's main success came from when Cotto stood and engaged in the centre of the ring. When Cotto danced around the ring to survive late on, Pac could barely catch him - and we all know PBF's speed, reflexes and ring intelligence are much better than that of Miguels.

I don't think manny does a great job of cutting off the ring, and if you're going to beat floyd mayweather, you absolutely need to do that. you can't count on him tiring - he has no problems going 12 rounds fully active.
