Actually, I take that back. Kirkland is a good fighter but gets alot of hype because of the way he fights. We never seen JK against a real skilled dude. Brian Vera was landing flush on him.

No disrespect to Shawn in the least, just saying my piece.

Kirkland has just shown to me that anyone that doesn't have unbelievable stamina will get overwhelmed. JK showed he can beat on you for however many rounds it last (Vera and most of his fights) and that he can handle decent movement and counter punching with power (Julio).

He isn't unbeatable because I think a really good strong boxer with good foot movement and counter punching skills (someone like Ward) or a freak like Paul Williams can beat him.

I don't believe Porter has gone 10 rounds yet, so in a few fights in the future, he might well be ready.
