Tim Bradley isn't a big enough name or anywhere close to it at this point to get a big fight like that

Bradley is the best 140 lber, and if JMM doesn't fight him then his legacy takes a hit. He should gun for that fourth title. As much as I've bashed Calzaghe for Kessler turning out to be a dud. It seems like Juan Diaz and Joel Casamayor haven't done **** either. JMM has a lot more balls to fight the best than Calzaghe does though. I'm not denying that. He just needs a signature win over an elite opponent that's convincing. If he goes after Hatton and beats him he isn't going to get any credit, and rightfully so.

Nah there too many good young(well not all young) names at 140 I'd like to see them all fight each other.

imo, that fight is meaningless because marquez's last 2 wins are ko's over 2 guys that beat katsidis.
I think Hatton beats JMM @ 140 also. I think it would be a closer fight but JMM would lose cuz he is not a JWW.

that is arguable to say the least bradley may not win next weekend. Bradley is one of the most exciting esp to casual fans but he lacks, power, technique and has quesionable defense/ chin. The great thing about 140 is there are great fighters but most are flawed and warriors making fr great matchups

I'd pick Marquez to win this and it's a fight I'd love to see.

Tim Bradley would actually love this fight style wise.

I feel sad for JMM... He ust got lucky against Diaz... not he is facing a real opponent.. But I will gamble my 100K for him just in case there is someone who is interested...

No way it tops marg vs mosley. marg was coming off his best career victory(cotto) and all mexican fans jumped on the bandwagon until it crashed. jmm is coming off a dominant loss. but it would be a good fight though.

I think that JMM could beat Bradley too. But the Hatton fight does nothing for his legacy. Bradley would be a big money fight too I think, because he draws a decent crowd in Cali. And JMM would have Mexicans come to the fight more than likely.
