Fact is, NOBODY found it entertaining, they are jsut remember the spectacular ending which left a very positive light on the fight.

And i never spiraled anywhere, and i NEVER claimed MMA was taking over. I made a remark about why the sport is so popular. It was an observation. its not a knock against boxing in any way, shape, or form.

It will be another example of HBO shelling out money and not getting a great reward for it's money. Sometimes I wonder if HBO doesn't even study fighters or the fight before they determine what they are willing to make a time slot for. I think the rematch will be better but it won't be anything special. HBO could do better for what their budget is but they need better boxing heads.

Your view is not shared by everyone. You might've found the first fight boring, but to say that everyone else did is nonsense. It was a good fight, lots of people enjoyed it, regardless of how you felt. The comparison to MMA doesn't really work because most MMA fans don't find the fights boring. You're just taking your own opinions and assuming that everyone else shares them.
