floyd has grown into a good size welter, has been there since 2005. Pacquiao has got a smaller reach, height, and a smaller upper frame. Manny's weight and power comes from his legs.

he looked damned near as big as Miguel Cotto and has the same reach and almost height, he ended up being STRONGER.

Mayweather would never in anyones lifetime be stronger than Miguel Cotto.

This isn't to rip on Mayweather he's good at other things, but he's not big and he's not stronger than any of the WW's.
