Floyd's D will dramatically reduce Pac's output and connect percentage. Just wait.

It's easy to throw a ton of punches when you don't have to worry about what's coming back.

I think Pacquiao has a chance, but he needs to be close to perfect.

I've calculated that into the formula and pac still comes out on top because of his punch output.

also floyd doesn't throw enough punches and doesn't punch hard enough to deter pac.

All pac needs to do is keep his average punches per round up and he will outwork floyd.

He wasn't slipping, rolling, moving his head, or anything. All he did was put his hands straight up and eat whatever got through. That **** won't work against Floyd. He's too accurate and unlike Cotto he has a straight right, which is exactly what Floyd will throw when Pac puts those hands up.

Even when Cotto was a beaten man, he still was able to connect with flush, hard shots. You think Floyd won't land more than Cotto?

pac's defense isn't gonna win him the fight, his punch output will.

IMHO, nothing but wishful thinking. I personally think folks just don't respect where Manny has come from, to where he is now as a fighter/boxer.

This is why I think half the members here have never been inside of the ring before or a fight for that matter.

When you can't get in range, when your opponent is counter punching you or when you miss punches your punch output will diminish. Punching and missing consumes energy, getting counter punched makes you more hesitant and when you're not in range you can't throw flurries.

It's pointless, most of them can't understand that. They think Pacquiao's fighting a wall..

Throwing combinations against Pac is what gets you in trouble. Cotto was doing better when he was sticking the jab and throwing 1 or 2 at a time. Every time he got in exchanges it was danger. Floyd's too smart for that.

pac won all those rounds cotto was on his bike. he outlanded cotto in those rounds. In vegas, they always favor the aggressor.

I don't have time to do that. I appreciate the work like I said. It's a nice look at the stats. But at the end of the day, what Floyd or Pac has done in the past means nothing. They're both the best they've ever faced so I can't really think too much about stats for this one.

pac's defense can't lose pac the fight. floyd doesn't punch hard enough and his output is too low.

if you look at the limitations of my analysis, both floyd and pac have never fought anyone like each other.... that's the X-factor... but just based on the numbers Pac should win the fight
