I've seen some African American boxers who aren't very slick and defensive at all and some who are. Jermaine Taylor is not very slick if you ask me but he is usually effective, as an example.

But finally he steps up to Floyd knowing its his last fight
              Nate's a bum.
Bradley isn't a big enough draw, only has 25 fights.
No one is fighting Paul at 147. He's 6'1 and any big fight hell get will be at 160.
Mosley was offered at fight at 140 pre-Hatton and he said no.
Berto isnt **** and Shane's gonna expose him.

If you think taking any of those fights would have been better in terms of money OR competition (Shane aside, he did say No) than facing Oscar, Hatton, and Cotto you have no idea what you're talking about.

None of them have **** on Oscar, Cotto, or Ricky before he fell apart. Ok, well, maybe Ricky, but before Pac destoryed him he seemed to be on the way back up.

Look, there is no doubt Manny's gonna get caught with a few counters, but there is also no doubt that Floyd's gonna get hit too. The real question is how will each fighter react, after they are hit? Its ridiculous to think that Floyd is gonna go the entire fight untouched. He's good but he ain't that good. I don't think Floyd has ever fought someone this tenacious and this quick. Its not like Manny's just wildly throwing around his fists, he's actually pretty accurate. His percentage is lower because his volume is so high. But his workrate and his strange angles may give Floyd some problems. The KO punches are usually the ones you don't see comin

What if it's just...Pacquiao gets beat by a better fighter?
Your statement is very true. There is NO definite single African American style of boxing.
Hopkins, Mayweather, even Tyson, or Lewis, or Ali, or Foreman, Ward, etc..
They don't fight the same. Maybe the title was made to catch your attention.
