First of all, boxing is a subjective sport, who's to say the "slick, fast, defensive, counter-punching" style is superior?

TS obviously feels one of those styles (the one he believes is associated with African Americans) is better than others.

If by African American style you mean great hand speed, good footwork, and slick defense then I hate to be the one to break it to you but Floyd hasn't even fought that style of opponent yet.

Floyd has even gone on record and said Emmanual Burton was his toughest fight as a pro.

Emmanual had FLoyd bleeding from both nostrils and his mouth. Floyd's hand was also busted and at one point he was almost in tears. Emmanual pushed him to the brink.

Around that same time, Emmanual Augustus was thrown out of Zab Judah's camp for beating up on Zab in sparring.

Augustus is no bum.

Floyd has also been on record stating that "Gatti was my toughest fight"....."Hatton was my greatest victory"......"Marquez is one of the toughest fighters ever".....
