no fighter in boxing has the complex style of floyd---no fighter--the only one close to his style is calderon----**** slick boxing talk,,,,floyd is just too methodically sound a fighter for manny---it's funny you bring up tony pep----that was floyd at 130 and he looked damn near invincible against a taller, seasoned fighter, and made pep miss damn near all of his punches, despite having a longer reach---and throwing more punches--which is why floyd would beat paul williams---he has no problems fighting taller fighters, and i don't care if paul is a southpaw---he fights small---he leaves his body open for many shots---ask phillips---floyd would beat paul----

as for manny--floyd is going to use manny's pace to dictate this fight---and make manny miss and pay----en route to a stoppage--whenever manny decides to go all out because he will lose every round...every round----

My first time seeing Floyd Mayweather was back in 2007, on ESPN, against Tony Pep. I've followed him since that time...

While Manny Pacquiao's resume is more impressive than Floyd's resume, it's Floyd that has fought the more diverse styles.

I don't see one slick boxer on Manny's record. The closest would probably be Barrera, but Barrera was never known for his slickness.

I've never seen Manny in with a Stevie Johnston, Joel Casamayor or Mayweather type.

This wouldn't be a problem if Manny was fighting Joel Casamayor in his next fight. Unfortunately for him, his first taste of the pure African American style of boxing will be against Floyd Mayweather Jr. (arguably the best of his era).

I would feel more comfy picking Pacman if I could at least gauge him against even a Cory Spinks type.

Roach and Pac have their hands full with this next assignment. I personally think Floyd will shut Pac's offense completely down and win a UD on the scorecards.

                    Remember, DEFENSE wins championships!!

                      No sir.

That is why I said earlier that not all African Americans utilyze this style of fighting. Also, this style of boxing is not just for one particular race.

Paulie Malinaggi and Paul Spadafora would be good examples, imo.
