Will Manny's Offensive Attack work vs Mayweather Defense??

Here are Some gifs of round 1 of Pac-JMM 2.....notice Pac really being the one who initiates the attacking obviously, but its how he attacks with his with straight left, head forward out in the open and his right hand WAYYYYY low. Marquez is a stationary counter puncher that is the same size as Pac in height and reach and yet Pac still has to reach for him with punches to hit him. He does land a punch here and there in a few of these, but my point is the way he has to get the punch landed.

I dont believe they can correct the way he attacks, its embedded in him to fight this way and he has been able to be very successful with his style. Especially of late with guys that couldn't counter his speed. Marquez is very slow compared to Mayweather, it was evident in their fight and Marquez dealt with Pac's speed very well. He stood his ground and counterpunched Manny and although Manny was the more athletic & faster fighter, Marquez was able to time him with ease throughout the fight. Mayweather will be out the way so fast when Manny attacks Manny will leave himself wide open. Him lunging in with his head out and chin open really worries me.

Here clearly the best punch of the round.

Body shot right the right uppercut hurt Pac and made him back up??

Marquez out landed Pacquiao in every aspect of this fight aside from the one knockdown. And this was just last March.....can Freddie Roach fix these Technical flaws before they face the best all around technical boxer in the the sport?

    Total Punches:

    Pacquaio - 157 of 619 (25%)

    Marquez - 172 of 511 (34%)

    Jabs:

    Pacquaio - 43 of 314 (14%)

    Marquez - 42 of 201 (21%)

    Power Punches:

    Pacquaio - 114 of 305 (37%)

    Marquez - 130 of 310 (42%)

Why? You are a Floyd fan. Why the hell would it "worry" you?

Those are old fights. Not only that, but what he was doing was effective in every GIF anyway! Marquez ain't hurting him.

EDIT: You added more as I was writing. In the first post he's pushing Marquez back.

I am a fan of Pacquiao as well, I just don't think he can beat Mayweather. But this fight was last March...my point is the way he attacks to land his punches. yes what he was doing was effective in SOME of the gif's but did you notice Marquez didnt move much in any of them except maybe a step back and just countered?

          See edit.

I still don't see why you're worried. You don't want him to win, so why not just be honest? I don't get it. If I see GIF's of Mayweather's flaws or getting tagged I say "Yeah! Beat his ****ing ass!" and start cheering.

Look at how he has to reach and leave himself open vs a fighter with the same height & reach as him that isnt really being defensive other than steping back and countering. Marquez was pretty stationary and was able to outland the more active Pac....thats my point. its not about amount of Punches thrown. But the way Pac gets his punches should concern his team.

I think Pac works best when both fighters are engaging.. mayweather is never going to engage long or hard enough for that to happen.
