they have one of the strictest athletic commissions.

it's vegas , homie. they don't want things that can effect betting.

i heard the nsac tests for 40-50 different kinds of steroids and peds.

The least they could do is up the standards by making it a year round random test...but even that...sadly cheaters get by.

Yes this is true. But with Random tests you will definitely catch a few like what happened in California and the MMA. They caught 65 fighters in about a year after they employed random testing.

If they are not caught they are likely on HGH or designer drugs. Designer drugs are a bit more harder to obtain but not impossible after the Balco scandal.

As mentioned before, Cycling and Track and Field have the best drug testing
system out there. Numerous random tests and they check the blood for abnormalities. Abnormal levels of WBC, RBC, Hemoglobing, and abnormally high Testesterone. So even if you take designer drugs, you still can be caught.

I personally have no doubt if boxing had such system many boxers would test positive.

Personally I think he's clean, but you do realize passing a drug test doesn't mean ****, right??

How many drug test did Barry Bonds pass? What about Arod? And those guys are randomly tested.

Not only that, but there are many PEDs that you can take that are undetectable to this testing.

I can't say Pacquiao is dirty, cause I have no proof, but I also can't for sure say he's clean either.

why can't they test them before the fight too?

Well I'm for random year round testing from the best group of testers.

Oh ok thank you so there you go the only reason he got caught doing steroids was because his name popped up on that list not because he got caught by testing.. So that's all that needs to be said about that. Obviously Pac is getting away with it.
