Nsac doesnt test for hgh, epo, and many other substances. Their testing is a joke really especially with boxing being a dangerous sport. Most athletes on steroids never tested positive anyways. Steroids are really advanced. That being said pacquiao doesnt have to prove anything. Until something is linked to him the assumption must be that hes clean no matter what. Could he be dirty? Yes but so could anyone else. Ill treat him as clean until otherwise proven not the other way around and im more of a floyd fan than i am of manny although i like both.

How many drug test did Barry Bonds pass? What about Arod? And those guys are randomly tested.
