WTF are you blind, it does not matter the quality or lighting of the pics, Marg's wraps are old and used of ****ing blind person can see that. Maybe someone can put a pic for you in black and white and you can still see the difference. The wraps are hard and old, lighting does not have to do anything with it. Does the light make them look old and used? GTFOH. I work with tape and gauze and it does not look hard and old, especially new gauze it looks like the one Corrales has on. So what if it is in the same spot? What does it matter?Comment

Yeah, possibly not, seeing as a blood stain can be picked up after the fight and after the gloves are removed. All it takes is a drop of blood from anywhere to get on there and boom, there's your stained wrap. If it was there before the fight... who knows.

A hand wrap is a strip of cloth used by boxers (and participants in other combat sports) to protect the hand and wrist against injuries induced by punching. It is wrapped securely around the wrist, the palm, and the base of the thumb, where it serves to both maintain the alignment of the joints, and to compress and lend strength to the soft tissues of the hand during the impact of a punch.
A hand wrap protects against several common types of injuries that are familiar to most boxers. For instance, it supports the wrist joint, keeping it aligned when the impact of a punch is absorbed by the wrong part of the hand. It also secures the base of the thumb to the hand, thereby reducing the chance of a sprain or fracture that can result from the thumb striking an opponent's elbow. Most importantly, it significantly strengthens the metacarpus, reducing the likelihood of a fracture of one of the metacarpal bones. Such a fracture is often called the "boxer's fracture" -- which is usually a fracture in the neck of the fifth metacarpal -- because of its ubiquity among fighters.
Hand and wrist wraps are used to compress (and keep compressed when hitting) the bones and tissues in the hand. The claim is that such compression allows boxers to hit with greater force than if they did not use them. Boxers claim they feel less pain when hitting so their opponent may feel more pain.
Each sportsman, cornerman or cutman has a preferred wrapping method based on the situation and experience. Variations can produce more wrist support, thumb support, padding for the knuckles or less fabric within the fist. Sometimes a single wrap between fingers over the finger-web help stabilize the wrap and keep it from "riding up" within a looser-fitting glove. Competition rules may restrict the type and amount of material used, giving each fighter a limited amount of gauze and tape which may be divided and rolled in various ways for a particular fighter or match.
Training wraps are usually re-usable cloth and may be secured with a small tie-tab or with velcro. Conventional handwraps are non-elastic. Mexican-style handwraps are slightly elasticized and are popular with many boxers. The length of wraps will vary depending on rules, personal preference, hand size and the type of glove to be worn, with shorter wraps common for fingerless "grappling gloves" used in mixed martial arts.
A new alternative to handwraps are foam or gel-lined fingerless gloves worn inside any boxing glove; these can be used to reduce and prevent harm to the hands and head for bag work, sparring or competition depending on the rules of the governing organisation. They take much less time and hassle than gauze, although they are generally seen as not being as effective.

Margarito was caught trying to use it against Mosley. One can only assume he would use it for the biggest fight of his career, But maybe he didn't. Time will tell when he makes his comeback and face some of the top welters I think he should rematch Mosley then Cotto or vice versa. I'm actually interested in seeing his return.Comment

Alright i'ma shut down the whole bloodstain issue. In my bout I was bleeding through y nose and wiped my nose with my hand wrap after the bout with the same sides Corrales and Margarito had it on. This is prolly why they have blood stains on that specific side of the handwrap they were bleeding through their nose definitely so theres a possibility they wiped their nose with that side. Your blood starts to dry up in your nose after the bout and gets bothersome. Think of it like having mucus in your nose and uncomfortable so your first instinct is to wipe it..Gotta remember they don't give you a tissue to clean it up unless your corner man uses a towel/cotton swab. If that doesn't help than i don't know what will.Comment

i scrap my knuckles when i spar in my gym... even compition... and thats only 4 a short amount of time... imagine people margo or chico... u goin at it for 12 rounds... its obvious it will bleed..Comment
