Although Calzaghe won his last 2 fights he was KD in the first round of both. IMHO, he knew that he was slowing down and didnt have many more fights left. When Leonard went down to howard in 1984 he retired and than fought Hagler with caution. But he would also get KD by Lalonde and twice by Hearns, before getting destroyed by Terry Norris who could have KOD him if he wanted to.

Yeah man, Joe was getting old. 25 years in boxing, his punch resistance starting to go, and he did it all with bad hands from the age of 14. Not bad really.

I still like Joseph Calslappy. He was entertaining. And hey, I still l like Kessler! Woo hoo! Is it not trendy to like him as well now? Although Ward is all wrong for him, he kicked his ass.
