Is John Ruiz really unpopular in America?

I know he is horrible to watch, but he usually gets the job done.

Is he as hated as i think he is?

I don't even think they acknowledge his triumph as the world's first Hispanic heavyweight.

i dont know if he's hated as much as not considered worthy of watching...he's not relevant enough to hate...

Let me put it this way: Not even John Ruiz is a fan of John Ruiz.

If he was British i think he would be a hero.

And when he retired he could join frank bruno in pantomine

              "He's behind you frank"

but from the look on frank's face he already knew that!

Tua changed Ruiz's whole style of fighting. He became the most boring heavyweight ever.

m the only one on this site who doesn't mind john ruiz.I think he's boring but is very good at messing his opponents gameplan up.he has a very good resume of opponents win or lose & I always enjoyed norm stone.he may be more aggressive now with new trainers...I'm also the only tye fields fan...LOL!
