when pacquiao started timing that jab , they didn't have a backup plan. (not that the original plan was any good. beating pacquiao with a jab wasn't gonna work)

Perhaps i said it wrong. Just felt like Cotto was there alone and pacquiao was there with a trainer. The only one i'd keep would be his cutman after the job he did in Clottey fight. Santiago goes or cotto will never be back on top.

Agree 100%. He can work his spanish in there and make cotto feel comfortable. Just feel cotto is hardheaded and will stick to santiago. Lesser fighters have made comebacks to win titles after beatdowns.
