If it was up to some people Calzaghe would never retire because everytime he fights, he wins and there's always haters saying "well he should fight =insert young super middleweight/light heavyweight prospect here=". It has to end somewhere for him if he came back and beat Ward he'd retire and then be accused of ducking someone else. It's an endless cycle. Ward and Calzaghe are two boxers now from different eras, when Ward hits his prime Calzaghe will have been long retired.

Ward beats the World @ 68 or 75. Retired or unretired. You don't gotta like it, you just gotta know it's true.

So that means Hopkins isn't world class anymore? Which would mean Pavlik isn't world class because after Calzaghe beat Hopkins, he beat Pavlik and Pavlik beat Taylor so all those guys aren't world class.

Damn man, you one smart cookie to work that **** out. All those guys that everyone thought were world class aren't! ****, you one smart mutha****a!

just because calzaghe 'beat' hopkins doesnt mean he can beat everyone hopkins beat. triangle theory doesnt work in boxing for instance cotto beat mosley, margarito beat cotto, and mosley beat margarito.
