Don't know much about it but looked around the web, nothing indicates growth of the head or enhancing the ability to take a punch that I have found.

They didn't help Vargas from getting KO'd by De La Hoya. I doubt Manny is on them. I don't think he just walked through Cotto's punches. He slowed a little after some of them landed early on, then would pick up intensity after a half a minute or so. Either he was slightly hurt or knew if he was hit again like that right away he would get hurt. No one is superman.

here u go my man, read it with a grain of salt though because most of these claims are still within the realms of science fiction, they are certainly a strong possibility given the advancement of human knowledge continues, however, the future is a very uncertain place.

cotto did hit pac hard and snapped his head back several times, this means Pac's neck was not strong enough to decelerate the force of the punch, which means his brain was indeed concussed, so why didn't he get koed? go back and read my post on scientific facts regarding the pathology of a knock out and you'll understand.

I don't need to read your post it doesn't take you to tell me a jab is going to snap your head back when it connects flush. Decelerate his punch wtf?? No one can take a jab square to the face and diminish the punch to nothing. His head moving back has nothing to do with his ability to take a punch, i rather have my head move back then sit there and take the full force of the punch. I don't think Pacman is on steroids but i definitely believe steroids can help you take a beating, definitely

your claim was that steroids increases muscle mass near the neck region, this helps stabilize the head when it is hit, saving the brain from a concussion, consequently a ko, do you know what STABILIZATION means? it means stolidness, no movement, so according to you, when the neck is stablized by muscles, then the head would not move when hit, see where your logic failed?

let me put it in laymen terms

steriod ----> large neck mucles -----> stablizes the head------>head does not contort when hit ------> no violent concussion for the brain------> no ko.

so it is in fact worse for you when your head snaps violently from a punch, why? because your brain accelerates with your head and it slams into the skull, this is called a concussion. when you have strong neck muscles, it will absorb the force of the punch decelerating the head, so no sudden acceleration, no concussion, no knock out.

you dont get koed from a head snapping jab because there isnt enough force albit to send the nerves surrounding your face into shock. scientific facts my man, its as clear as 1+1=2
