Marquez will turn out to be better competition than Pacquaio. At least Marquez was able to get up after being knocked down. Pac won't.

floyd will be on his bike all night ......there is no way he will engage with packy after seeing what pac did to cotto.......he will potshot and hope for a decision but vs a guy with that has arguably the highest workkrate, it wont work......floyd running will be the only thing that'll save him from getting ktfo....

Still a KD. Without the punch occurring he wouldn't have been knocked over. Doesn't matter how off balance you are, if you get hit by a punch and that causes you to fall over, it's a knock down.

Still, when it comes down to it, Floyd won those fights easily and if that's giving Floyd fits I'd hate to see him in actual trouble.

What is it called when you get knocked out in the first round or the fourth, or get beaten by some old dude who hasn't won a fight in ages? Is that fits too?

When does this **** come from? Pac has a good workrate but not even close to the highest workrate. He has never kept up an average of 100 punches a round which a few guys used to do all the time. Marg, Williams, Calzaghe etc.

Pac just throws above the average but not anything amazing. The only guy he kept up a really good workrate was against DD and what do you expect against a guy that can't hurt you, and can't hit you with anything and that you can hit without trying? Against everyone else he only has a normal good workrate. It's not even debatable that he has arguably the highest workrate because he's not close.

Yep and Floyds style speed and accuracy will cut that rate in half , Floyd is a whole new ball game .

Exactly. He is like Hopkins in that respect. It's nearly impossible to keep up your normal workrate against him because everything you throw makes you get hit more. The more you throw, the more you get hit. When that happens, what do you do? Seems pretty obvious to me.

When people bring up Zab Judah I hope they acknowledge that Zab Judah has a longer reach than Pacquiao.

He got his ass beat anyway, same with Chop Chop.
