So... Cotto defeated them (Corley and Judah) as well, and finished them in more impressive fashion than Floyd. And what happened to Cotto when he fought Manny??? Corley and Judah both hurt Miguel, and those two fights were indicators (to me, at least) that Manny could do the same. Both guys hurt Floyd as well, and I believe Manny can too. Styles make fights and Manny's style can be a very effective one against Floyd's.

Its one thing hurting Mayweather its another following up, even if you get him in trouble its going to be hard to land a combination on him.

lol.. this thread is a perfect example of a fan disliking a fighter thus bending the truth accordingly. good way to set yourself up for a dissapointment.

i think zab stepped on his foot and he got of balance, even if he didnt floyd wasnt hurt at all. chop chop stunned him though, corley can ****. he had cotto on ***** street big time. floyd was just buzzed, not really hurt.

i do agree pac can hurt him, but not based on this. the more important factor though is pac being a southpaw means he will have a greater chance of landing on floyd, which should be the first concern. nobody should go out there thinking of hurting a defensive master like floyd, just try to catch him to start with.

so southpaws are floyds kryptonite, but mannys kryptonite is boxers. and we havent even seen him in there against a slick boxer or someone who uses his legs to set up angles so we dont know how he will react to that at all. floyd has struggled with southpaws but hes always adapted and came out on top. thats what will be the diffrence when he fights manny, pac doesnt have the versatillity or the boxing brain floyd does. floyd stops him in the 11th.

Judah dropped him, get over it. He may have not been hurt by that particular punch but he did catch him nicely and hurt him in the 4th. Do yourself a favor and forward to 1:40 of the clip. As for the rest of your post, I lost interest after the first few lines.

I gauge dominance a bit different than you. I don't see a quicker KO or more KD's as automatically more dominate. When you outbox and pick apart a guy for 12 rounds thats more dominant than a brawl with you being an inch away from being KO'd yourself and manage to get a KO but I guess to each his own. You prolly feel Manny had a more impressive win against marquez than floyd because he knocked him down more huh?

Your whole logic is too linear and simple and this is why you'll be disappointed.

If the boxer puts his hands on the floor to catch himself from falling, that is and should have been a knockdown. The same thing happened with Cotto when Manny first knock down Cotto. Although it was more of a push and off balance on Cotto's part, the fact that Cotto had to catch himself and the fact that a punch landed and caused the fall, that is considered a Knockdown.

Therefore this should have been a knockdown and an automatic 8 count.
