    Fragomeni-Erdei a fair fight?

Giacobbe Fragomeni 195.8 vs. Zsolt Erdei 178.8
    (WBC cruiserweight world championship)

Il be honest i have never seen either fight. But Both are world champions and Erdei is moving up. I cant imagine him gaining more weight over night since he was a light heavyweight. At most maybe he gains 3 pounds? Fragomeni he might gain 5? There will be a 20 pound weight advantage.

20lb weight difference sounds about right. I figured Fragomeni would come in heavier than that, but I guess since Erdei will be looking to use movement and hand speed, Frag doesn't want to risk being too slow.

I think Erdei will take a UD, but he's isn't even a big LHW so he's going to look pretty small in there.

i'm pretty excited about this fight, very interested in seeing how Zsolt deals with Frag's pressure and punch.

Chakhkiev fights on the undercard too, this cards a nice primer for the Kessler-Ward fight

Golovkin should have fought but that douchbag Ishe Smith got injured

Fragomeni isn't a big puncher and I don't see him knocking Erdei out so Zsolt UD

I hope Erdei loses, he has been hugging his LHW belt for ages. Refusing to fight anyone, i hope hes rid of in the world boxing stage.

Agreed; his reign at 175lbs was an embarrassment. Apart from beating Gonzalez to win the lineal title, which I give him credit for, there isn't one defence against a worthy challenger - bear in mind he defended the title 11 times. He never had any intention of unifying...I don't blame him because he would certainly have lost his title if he had faced any of the elite at light-heavy.

He had maybe two ok defences against Hugo Garay who isn't a BAD fighter but is a fringe contender who held the WBA for a very short time I think.

But it's still inexcuseable the Gonzalez win wasn't even that impressive, I think Gonzalez went something like 6-4 after that fight and was TKO'd in his last fight against Cloud

His promoter actually tried to get him fights with several well-known Americans like Tarver and Hopkins, but the the Americans turned it down because it wasn't going to make them enough money.
