Floyd fight with Marquez did good PPV number only because the advertise it to the max. The undercard was all good which was responsible for alot of the sale. Pac vs Cotto pretty much was on its own.

Doesnt do much for Pac at all, e****ially given buys against common opponents.
Im all for 50/50, but Floyd probably wont budge from 55/45.

It was billed at FOTY possibility with the number 1 p4p fighter in the world...Floyd was advertised, but known as a mismatch, with a bigger guy agaisnt a smaller guy.

Thats nice to say after the fight, but before the fight everyone thought it would bomb, there were article after article and thread after thread saying it would not sell and no one was buying seats. So when that 1 Million came everyone was shocked no one saw that coming, Pac and Cotto selling over a Mill was expected.

But Manny did 1.25 million with Cotto in his match up..

Do u think pacquiao doing more buys in his last fight compared to what Floyd did in his last is enough to give pacquiao the upperhand in negotiations?

Or is floyds payperview history enough to give him the upperhand?
pac deserves the bigger purse, but 50/50 is the only way the fight happens

What the hell does being American has do to with being a bigegr draw?

Pacquiao has held his own in terms of getting casual fans to watch Boxing.

Besides with 50/50 Pacquiao will still get more money because he gets paid by companies in the Philippines to show his fight in public.
