Is 1.25 Million buys enough to give pacquiao leverage in negotiations vs Mayweather??

Mayweather drew more vs Hatton,De la Hoya, and Marquez than Paquiao did..

Floyd did an insane 1 million buys for his return match against jmm..
But Manny did 1.25 million with Cotto in his match up..

Do u think pacquiao doing more buys in his last fight compared to what Floyd did in his last is enough to give pacquiao the upperhand in negotiations?

Or is floyds payperview history enough to give him the upperhand?

Its enough to claim 50/50 on both sides... which is what it should be.

No it does not give him leverage, for the simple fact One exceed expectations and had people shocked it reached 1 Million, the other did GREAT but did what it was suppose to do, it was expected.

One was ****ted on and said would fail, the other was celebrated and pushed as the match up of the year.

You know if that were true Floyd would not fight Pac next and just go ahead and make a deal with Shane Mosley, a bigger name and draw than JMM...in order to get his PPV numbers even higher than his last. Cotto > JMM for PPV power.

It's about the matchups that help boost PPV sales. Hell, the majority were surprised Floyd could even reach 1 million fighting JMM given few gave JMM a chance and thought it was a joke to have JMM move up.
Compare that to Pac fighting Cotto for a title at 147.

These things play such a small part when asking for money, thats why a guy like Hatton can get great deals and percentages , cause of the money he brings in.

Floyd is calling Pac out. If he wants the fight, he should accept 50/50 or less.

So Oscar should have given Hopkins 50/50 because the Sturm fight sold poorly?
