      But Pac, naah.

Pac has proven it in the ring against the best.
      Mayweather is all talk.
Both are frauds to an extent.

It's either, they're afraid or a little intimidated by each other

      OR

They are not afraid of each other at all.

But I'm not understanding why Team Pac won't just offer the 50/50 @ 147lbs. If they are offering anything other than this. Mayweather is not ducking, Team Pac and Bob Arum is.

40/40, winner gets the remainin 10% since both are so "confident" they will win. still the biggest paydays of their careers for the loser of this fight

Exactly yes!!! Not only he looks like a challenger but he needs a lot to prove for himself & for the boxing world...He doesn't even deserve to have a fight w/ Manny...He's far way behind Manny's accomplishments, needs to fight Shane & Cotto first before he could land a Pacquiao fight...He only just made himself look impressive w/ safe oppositions so that to sell himself for future match ups...His true worth as a boxer is nothing but simply a former elite champion doubted to be considered among the all time greats..In reality his a true businessman whose sole purpose is to earn lots of money but not to entertain the fans w/ his boring style & questionable heart....

You don't think you're comparing two different era's of PPV?

I'll put 15k on it. You in?

Is he in the form of intimidation punishing bigger & stronger opponents???I have never seen Manny intimated by anyone except w/ his wife...There's nothing to prove his place in history anymore, he's the best of this era & even among the top 5 of all time greats, I think Manny is still hungry to punish the best boxers along his path despite w/ all his success...If we talk retirement then Manny has nothing to prove anymore, no need for a Floyd fight even though that's the fans clamoring for...

On the other hand, Floyd's reputation needs to be scrutinize...He made his fans idiots & made them believe his the best because he has that zero record...Over & over again, he uses his loud mouth trash talking to sell himself & picks safe opponents to make him look impressive...

At this point of time he doesn't deserve to land a fight w/ Manny...He has a lot of things to prove before a Manny fight, but if both teams plans for Manny vs Floyd match up then a Pac 60 - Floyd 40 split is fair for both...

Manny Pacquiao had 1 successful PPV but guess what, Floyd Mayweather JR
had 3 with the same guys he fought so Manny saying Floyd should challenge
him because he had the best PPV is BS.
