    Lets hear it people!
margarito doesnt deserve ****. he should be banned from boxing but since he only got suspended, hes good enough to be part of some undercard fights. nothing more

As I said..This fight is not about the money, it's about Cotto redeeming his honor.

They can easily make a deal where the winner takes the POT if you're worried about another Margarito pay day.

Cotto drew the biggest crowd ever on MSG! The same place were greats like Ali had some of their great battles. What great fight happen at staples?

He commands attention because he is a cheater and people like to talk about cheaters.

Because he knows it will be another war with him taking a lot of punishment regardless of the outcome. When your a where he's at in his career and have a wife a kids I can totally understand and respect him for not wanting this fight.

You think Cotto would be man enough to agree to that?
Roy Jones said the same thing to Hopkins and Hopkins said no. It makes no sense to do that. You got to punish Margacheato to only take 5-10% so he looks and feels inferior.

you also have to consider that boxing is business. do you think margarito will rematch cotto for a split of 95/5 in favor of cotto?

and honor? what honor? theres no honor in winning by loading gloves with plaster. margarito can return to mexico and headline some barrio fights

I can totally understand if he stopped fighting all together. It doesn't make sense to respect someone for taking easy fights, and ducking dangerous fights because he has a wife and kids (I don't know how Floyd Fans do it...lolol jk)

Cotto is plain scared, he claims Margarito is cheating in his fight were he whopped Cotto bad. Well wouldn't you want to give that cheater an ass whopping for what he did to you after he potentially set ur career back big time?

Cotto is plain scared off Margarito

                    Cotto's just miedoso.
Plain fear? The man has taken on risk after risk and now he's afraid of a guy he was beating through out most of the fight and then later to be caught dirty. I don't understand your logic at all. Miguel has standards and if you break the code why should he give an opportunity to a cheat? Just to satisfy a few mexican fight fans that are so loyal to their fighters that they are blind? If Margarito was worth a **** they wouldn't of had to cheat.

Yeah respect was probably the wrong word to use
