Be Careful Pac
Hey Pac, be careful my brotha. Other ***** can **** your **** up. You might think that's cool and there will be no problems but that **** will **** your life up. I know that Jinkee's ***** is the same old **** and you like new ***** but in the long run your ass is going to get into a real sticky jam ****in' with these bitches who really don't care about you. Go home, take care of the home front and work that **** out. It will be a mental nightmare if you don't. I know all this **** from experience.Comment

Gayest post of the entire thread. What the hell does Pac's infidelity have to do with him getting to see his kid again? Also, what the hell do you know about Jinkee? Maybe she is a nagging, ungrateful *****. Who knows?
Btw, can someone (knowledgeable) from the Phillipines explain if divorce law in the Phillipines is anything at all like it is here in the U.S.? I've always had the impression, female President notwithstanding, that the Phillipines was very much a man's world. Does Jinkee have any chance at getting a 50% cut and lifetime alimony from Manny if they do divorce?Comment

there is no divorce in the phils. legal separation can be an option for jinkee which means that they are still legally married but they will no longer live under the same roof. the properties and rights of each other will be decided by the court. Jinkee definitely has a chance to get 50% cut or even a higher cut since the court will most likely favor her to take care of their kids.Gayest post of the entire thread. I think its almost the same as divorce. Whats the point of being legally married when the essence is not there anymore?there is no divorce in the phils. legal separation can be an option for jinkee which means that they are still legally married but they will no longer live under the same roof. the properties and rights of each other will be decided by the court. being married and not living in the same house? thats ******!Comment

well that means that u wont be able to marry another man/woman..remember phils is a catholic country so severing the marriage is not acceptable. though as u pointed out it may be the same with divorce..instances where husband/wife can marry another is:
1.) the marriage is declared null and void-
2.) anullment
3.) if a partner goes to a country where divorce is legally accepted and decides to divorce his/her previous partner. Here, the rationale of this law is why would person not be allowed to marry again if the other person is enjoying the full protection of law through marriage in another country.
But i still hope pac starts to mature.he is an idol to millions. and he said before, "with great power comes with great responsibility"Last edited by rocky_balboa23; 11-20-2009, 02:53 AM.Comment
