Do your research man. When he fought barrera he is already a two time world chamption. He demolished champion from thailand in a flyweight division of WBC and thereafter go up in weight and demolished in six rounds the regarded best bantamweight, the then IBF chamption ledwaba before the boxing crowd in US despite of only two weeks notice. In US again, he fought agapito sanchez for the unification of the bantamweight belt, IBF and WBA, it resulted however to a draw. Then, he demolished Julio in two rounds in an undercard of Tyson and lewis bout retaining the bantamweight belt. After that, he fought Lucero in US again and knocked him out in 3 rounds.
