However, drug tests aren't always accurate and it is still possible to avoid detection even when being tested.

A number of people have now alluded to the possibility that Pacquiao could be taking illegal substances, among them such prolific names as Andre Berto, Paulie Malignaggi, Floyd Mayweather Jnr, and of course Mayweather Snr, the man who publicly made the original allegation. There's no source to confirm this contractual stipulation yet as far as I know, I just believe it's a probable clause given the circumstances. They'll probably want to test independently, outside the constraints of the commission.
Floyd? turning himself in? that's not possible

No, I don't believe what Sr. has to say with everything or even on this topic but that doesn't mean he can't tell the truth. Look at Canseco for instance: came out to be the most honest man of the bunch....now that was crazy.
Plus, I know Cops that talk to drug dealers to get info and they give them honest info that helps them out.

With Sr...he may just be behind the times of understanding what a modern athlete has access to. Same Sr. that was making Ricky run in boots and eats at like Taco Bell and cookies and then shows off his body. You're still feeding your body **** so you're not going to get the most out of it.

Is Floyd Jr. following what Manny eats or is he just eating healthy and that is that?
Is he taking supplements, legal, that could help him recover better?
How about his training: yeah, we know he works hard in the gym with boxing...but is he adding any new school methods to his workout that could keep him on a high level?

Just because your on the decline and someone keeps on a high level doesn't mean they are on something...not all the time.

When you don't understand something you can sometimes just think it is vodoooo magic.

            this is BS

The usual test meet the standards.

            Why add ****?

You never know if this additional testing agency is going to get paid off by the Mayweather team.

He did pay for an extra two pounds against JMM.

Only if it's bipartisan. Let both camps get the treatment not just one.

The Mayweathers might be going on with this steroid bull**** to throw people off about their own usage.

the test should come out of floyd's purse and when the test comes back clean pac should get a public apology from floyd jr and sr.

then floyd sr should get a public caning for slander and libel.

Well first, the current drug testing program is a joke. One test before or after a fight....so what.

You get an independent company to do it. You get the best that has a high repetition...like the one Tennis uses.
                  Test randomly year round.

However, I would honestly still be paranoid because even though I don't tend to believe the excuses athletes come up with when they fail and there is a commission that will give you a chance to speak in your defense when you fail.....I would still worry about error or tainted supplements because some atheltes were probably telling the truth which has been backed by Doctors/Scientists/Lab personal. And yes, maybe somehow someone finds out that is your sample and they mess with it. I think Lance Armstrong accused the Lab of messing with his and mishandling his samples. Although Lance may not be clean...but who knows...he does pass and has always won his cases. Either great undetectable PEDs or he is very clean. If you have Power, Money, Importance...many things are possible to get away with.

Everything you take...get tested which will cost money.
No more eating out and you'll have to buy and prepare your own food.

If the usual tests meet the standards, why didn't the tests catch Shane Mosley or Evander Holyfield? For example?
