After all the rumors about Pacquiao possibly using performance enhancing drugs, it looks possible that the Mayweathers may place certain stipulations in the fight contract which would oblige both fighters to undergo mandatory independent drug tests. This would be separate to the mandatory drug tests conducted by most boxing commissions. However, drug tests aren't always accurate and it is still possible to avoid detection even when being tested.
A number of people have now alluded to the possibility that Pacquiao could be taking illegal substances, among them such prolific names as Andre Berto, Paulie Malignaggi, Floyd Mayweather Jnr, and of course Mayweather Snr, the man who publicly made the original allegation. There's no source to confirm this contractual stipulation yet as far as I know, I just believe it's a probable clause given the circumstances. They'll probably want to test independently, outside the constraints of the commission.
