thing with manny is, you don't get fighters like manny too often. it's like the best qualities of different boxers put into one. the guy is explosive, aggressive, entertaining, fan pleasing, fast as ****, keeps getting stronger and stays just as fast going up in weight............... all while destroying everyone in his path. not beating, literally destroying everyone he takes on. when you think about it's amazing what he's accomplished and it's unbelievable how talented and unique he is.
not only all of that but the guy trains like no other fighter... ala ninja assassin kind of way. fighters like manny (and all the qualities that make him special) come around once every 100 years. you might see some fighters with a few qualities, some might be fast and entertaining, others strong and aggressive.... but you don't get a fighter often with all of those qualities put into one fighter and perform as incredible as many does.
of course manny deserves to be in the top 5 of all time. he's not your common fighter not your common story. the guy is something different and special. he will get proper recognition in the upcoming generation, just like fighters have in the past. one is not appreciated or recognize until dead or by a future generation who laments about the fact that they didn't get to witness him fight.

we are so easy to criticize our current fighters on here
i would rank pac around 20th lets not be silly here if pac was fighting 30 years or so back and we saw this kind of career now we would be going nuts and in another 20 years people would say pac is one of the best ever as well
