If you did all that to him, he'd get up, kill you, then throw Cotto head first into a woodchopper w/ one hand...

I haven't a fucking clue how taking steroids could solidify your chin.

He'd look me square in the eye, and as I closed my eyes praying to dear God he'd say.. "Hookers and More Blow PRONTO!"

          It's garbage TBH

Steroids increase muscle growth, it would be far more visible if he'd taken them... look how ripped he is

If he's been taking something like a Testosterone Booster, it would help him train more intensely... but Manny has always trained like a machine, again you'd see clear mass increase

Unless people start naming what sort of Steroid he could be using, it's just ignorant.

Sean Sherk is the perfect example

It's pretty clear to assume when someones on steroids... just look for ridiculous muscle mass

There's no way on Gods earth you can get that upper body mass without steroids.

I personally hope Manny isn't on roids, but you'd have to be a total dumbass to not at least think its possible. We'd all be shocked fo find out how many of our favorite athletes in all sports who are on this ****. Wake up people, its everywhere.

I think it does make you body stronger in many aspects including your bones and muscles. You see many baseball players rarely get injured when they are taking steroids and other illegal substance.

Their body also recuperates way much faster. Yes it helps you absorb pain. I'm tired of seeing this. As soon as it was known that Alex Rodriguez was taking steroids he gets injured. As soon as they found out Bonds was on some steroids he gets injured. As soon as they found out Manny Ramirez was taking steroids he gets injured. Andy Pettite took some stuff to recuperate and was out off the injured list in a zap. So if you use it, it makes you avoid injuries, because it makes your bones and muscles from your body much stronger. The performance from athletes that take it goes up in many aspects. From power base ball players. Speed & Jumping ability Olympic athletes.

Who ever is caught using them should never be excused. Another big example Roger Clemens also never really got injured. When your older you're suppose to be more injury prone, but steroids makes you stronger almost in every way.

I hope somebody with an actual medical degree can answer this.

It would really depend on what he was using, there are all kind of preformance enhancing drugs and they have different effects so unless someone really is specific about it tough to speculate.

There is no magic wand though even taking preformance enhancing drugs it just allows you to train harder, the only way to get the real benefit is to work insanely hard.

I've always secretly assumed and not even held it against him but that Evander Holyfield was clearly on steroids. I also assume with little doubt that Brock Lesnar is on steroids. Do I know it for fact or would I accuse them of it? No. Some folks IMO exhibit legit traits though. Pacquiao has always held muscle mass very well and had insane cuts. His calves are too insane to be Pacquiao's right? But he's had sick calves forever.
