They were pretty desperate to get Cotto down to 145, i wonder why. They are trying to do the same with Floyd too. I guess 145 is the new WW limit for Pacquiao?

Technically 147 is the limit for a welterweight fight.
so anything between 141 and 147 is a legit welterweight fight.
