Julio Cesar Chavez Jr's Hunger is Questioned By Sulaiman

If you ever seen the documentar Chavez (which is a great documentary by the way), Chavez Sr. pretty much pushed Jr. to get into boxing. From the begining this kid did not have any motivation or interest on being a boxer. In the documentary there are moments where Jr clearly did not want any part of it, to the point where he would tell his father that he did not want to box, but yet the old man kept shoving boxing down his throat.
Here's a small trailer of the documentary. The trailer doesn't show Jr but the movie is quite long and has a lot of moments with father and son.

Put Him in against someone who can actually whoop him so that he pushes him self. He might think that all boxers would be a walk in the park for him and that they cant hurt him.
Put him in against a top contender so that he can make up his mind wether he wants to continue or not. Maybe all he needs is a whooping to really push himself harder.Comment

I don't think it's his hunger. He did what he had to do and he never stopped pressing the fight. The problem is they can't make him what he is not. I don't see any improvement in Chavez jr and at some point they have to fight a live fighter before this plan backfires and he loses to one of his set ups..WBC President has made it known that he was distinctly underwhelmed by the latest fight of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. [details]Comment

Hmmmmm....
I don't know if I totally agree with this statement. Jr. is hard to read sometimes and I know he has what it takes to be a fighter. He's been involved with boxing practically his whole life so I wouldn't say that @ this point. He takes his time about his craft but he eventually gets to the point. I ENJOY WATCHING HIM BREAK DOWN OPPOENTS. How about J.C.C.JR vs MARGACHEETO when he comes back????Comment
