I'd put Quartey at #2 behind Whitaker.

Both decisions are disputed though... Quartey moreso IMO.
I don't really know about that. Either way, I think Oscar looked way better in the Quartey fight then the Whitiker fight which is why I consider it his best win.

            quartey's jab was a killer.

            the perfect welterweight:

            quartey's jab.

            tito's hook.

            hearns' overhand.

who had bomb uppercuts at 147? trying to think.......

RIP ankles should be good soon, but Teyshaun has some disc issue in his back who knows when he will be back.

Plus the Lakers on the first game of a west coast swing on a 3rd game in 4 nights going from Washington to Detroit to LA, it would be hard to defeat the Clippers under that situation.

He looked like he was enjoying the taste of Quartey's jab to me... that's why he just continued to eat them all night long.

UGH! What about Mayweather's quickness, and his movement, and his defense, and his inability to make 144, and his constant retirement?

I mean, let's not be hasty here and forget important parts of the equation for the best welterweight ever!

                    !
I liked Ike and had no real beef with the decision, it was real close though if only Ike had managed to stay on his feet in round 6 and round 12 .

Ike certainly did make Oscar eat a lot of jabs though.
