          Ike was my man in the mid 90's, I though he was going to beat Oscar. To me that is still Oscar's best win even though some think Quartey beat him.

                  His biggest win has to be Pernell Whitaker. The dude was P4P #1, and really hadn't fallen off that much yet.

                  Chavez was a good win, although he was on his way down at that point quite a bit.

                  I'd put Quartey at #2 behind Whitaker.

                  Both decisions are disputed though... Quartey moreso IMO.
