And I feel this is the most likely scenario. Mayweather will hold on to his bluff of 60-40 until Mosley beats Berto. Then the real negotiations will begin. If PBF doesn't budge from his money stance on his version of the split Manny Pacquiao will fight Shane Mosley. No argument from me Mosley is someone that Mayweather would not fight and will add to Pac's reputation of taking the best fighters of the world that are willing to fight.

If Manny does fight Mosley and beats him he would have conquered the Welterweight division and will not need a victory over a farce big headed undefeated side show attraction like Mayweather. Floyd's camp should remind him of this. "Money" May would lose his money on probably the biggest cash opportunity of his career but if it's against Pac it may very well be the last fight of his career. That is Floyd's dilemma on taking less money because he won't get a second chance if he loses to Manny, more than likely it will be a one sided loss. How does someone who is not liked by the majority of the public come back to make big money from a one sided loss?

I think that the best deal for these to would probably be something similar to the deal worked out between Roy Jones and Bernard Hopkins. 50-50 split and 60-40 to the winner if by knockout. As far as catch weights are concerned the WBO shouldn't allow it. Manny is listed as a welterweight champion now. Would they let him fight at a catch weight of 141. Mayweather is too smart to drain himself like that anyways.

2. I propose they sign the same deal as Hopkins and Roy signed. 40/40 with the winner taking the additional 20%.
