The Gregorian calendar doesn't recognise a year 0, and hence everything from 1AD onwards is officially legit. 2001 was the start of the new millennium, and likewise 2011 will be the start of a new decade. Only an idiot can't see the logic behind that. That the majority of people recognise 2010 as the first year of the upcoming decade doesn't mean it's right.

As for 1BC, it all goes backwards to however far you want. Again, who's saying the years prior to that are non-existent? You're the one who brought it up, so clearly you're the one in need of basic education. Go back to school, son. Your teachers will likely be glad to see your sorry, failed ass back.

Pac is. He's got 6 titles in this decade, 6 divisions, 3 of em are lineal. He's beaten everybody decisively and mostly by KO sans JMM. He's been more impressive in his fights. He's faced everybody he needed to and won.

Pac has fought and beaten the best. He has done it in damn impressive fashion. Bottom line is that Pac's resume smokes Mayweather's and that makes him fighter of the decade.
