Its kind of like Duran. While Duran is a general ATG, I have him Top 3........however he isn't a Top 3 WW. Just doesn't have the body of work at that weight class.

BTW that would be a classic matchup. Duran vs Pac.

he's only got cotto, tho it's a damn good win, it's not enough to even make the top 15(probabley top 20 or more but im kind of clueless on the welterweight divisions history)

IMO, He should not be ranked in any ATG discussion for LW,JWW,WW. His body of work on those weights is not long enough for a proper gauge.

But he is certainly strong enough to take on and beat the arguably best of each division except 135.

Neither Cotto or ODLH rank high in the ATG WW list so what makes you think that Pac with no other wins at the weight would?
